DEFECTIVE PRODUCT<\/strong><\/h2>

Si el producto que ha recibido es un producto defectuoso, por favor env\u00edenos la prueba a marketing@disposablepod.com<\/strong><\/a>, y despu\u00e9s de comprobarlo, podemos enviarle uno nuevo, no reembolsamos en ning\u00fan dispositivo desechable despu\u00e9s del env\u00edo del pedido. (Los productos en venta no aceptan servicio post-venta en principio).<\/p>

RETURNS<\/strong><\/h2>

We don’t accept returns on our disposable device,\u00a0If the product you received is a defective one, please send us the proof to marketing@disposablepod.com<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, and after checking, we can send you a new one in you next order, we dont refund on any disposable devices\u00a0order shiping out.\u00a0(On sale products do not accept after-sales service in principle)<\/p>

TAX ISSUES<\/strong><\/p>

Because vape are sensitive products, we can only send them according to the express package and tax in ourside. We will declare to the customs according to the best policy. Some countries detain the goods due to customs tax issues or extra tax fee, and we are not responsible for this. <\/p>

Missing Order\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>

If your order is missing during shipping, send us an email, and after checking it out, we can send you a new one.<\/p>

Sale items<\/strong><\/b><\/h2>

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/p>

Shipping Returns<\/h2>

To return your product, you should mail your product to disposablepod.com warehouse.<\/p>

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.<\/p>

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.<\/p>

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don\u2019t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.<\/p>
